These terms govern your use of the MHR General Store website and your purchases from us.
Using the Store
You must be 18 or over to place an order. By using the site you agree to provide accurate information and to use the store lawfully.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors can happen — if an item is mispriced or out of stock, we will contact you before charging your card and offer a full refund.
Orders
An order is a request, not a contract. We confirm each order by email; the contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or a genuine error.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the goods you ordered in good condition. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product use beyond what the law requires.
