Shipping & Returns
We ship from our Birmingham fulfilment centre. Orders are processed within one working day, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves us.
Shipping
Free UK standard delivery (2–4 working days) on all orders. Express next-day delivery is £7.50 for orders placed before 1pm. International shipping is calculated at checkout and typically arrives within 5–10 working days.
Packaging
Every order is packed in recyclable, plastic-free materials. Fragile items are protected with biodegradable padding. We never over-package.
Returns
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@mhrstore.uk with your order number. We will refund the full product price within 5 working days of receiving the return. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement or full refund — including return postage — no questions asked.
